SpainWhao S.L. is a family-run property company rooted in Spain's Costa Blanca. What started as a personal passion for Mediterranean architecture became a business — we fell in love with the coast, bought land, and started building homes the way we thought they should be built: with honest materials, generous light, and spaces that feel good to live in.
Today we design, build, and manage properties from Moraira to Madrid. We handle every stage ourselves — finding the right plot, working with architects, overseeing construction, styling the interiors, and managing rentals year-round. Every home in our portfolio is one we'd happily move into ourselves.
